Registration & Payment Guideline
Instruction for Registration
- All participants and presenters (either oral or poster) are required to register and pay the registration fee.
- Early Bird registration is valid only if the registration fee is paid on or before 20th of July 2024
- Registration fee include lunch, two refreshments per day, welcome dinner and admission to all sessions (Excluding general conference of AARS)
- Online payments dead line is 31 st October 2024
- Online Registration open from 01st March 2024 until the conference opening day
General Instructions for registration
- Create a user account using a valid email address (Gmail or any other valid email)
- Verify the email by opening the link received
- Log in to the account and fill out the registration form
- A confirmation email with the invitation letter will be sent once the registration is completed
- Cancellation on registration should be informed the secretariat before 10th November 2024, but No refunds for any cancellation.

Any additional payment incurred by the bank for the money transaction should be borne by the depositor.
The registration number issued during online registration should be mentioned on the bank slip.
Confirmation Process of the payment
Payment should be confirmed by uploading the bank slip through the registration system within 5 days from the date of registration. Bank slips without the registration number will not be considered as a successful registration for attending the conference.
Please keep the payment slip until the payment is confirmed by the ACRS Secretariat
